Totness Precinct Brand Strategy

Our Challenge

Adelin Holdings approached Algo Más with the early workings of a visual identity and name for a proposed light industrial land site in Totness. Algo Más were engaged to develop a brand strategy and provide direction to further develop the visual identity and execute brand rollout across various customer touch points on and offline for launch.

Our Inspiration

The brand strategy Algo Más created was inspired by the Totness industrial precinct site. Located in the suburb of Totness, 1.5km north-west of Mount Barker, the site spans 21 hectares and ranges in lots sized 1107m2 – 5757m2.  Positioned as a vibrant, premium, light-industrial and commercial hub, the precinct is ideal for shopfronts with adjoining factories, attracting food producers and light industrial businesses. With a green recreation belt, including walking trails and parklands, the Totness Precinct is built on the idea that the best way to do business if to create a place where people want to live.

Our Results

 Six months after launch, Stage 1 is now 85% sold with only 3 lots remaining.
