Algo Más love developing creative for inspiring property projects and Seaside Emu Bay is nothing short of stunning!
Property Developer Caj Amadio engaged Algo Más to refresh branding and develop marketing collateral, advertising and a new website for his project at Kangaroo Island, which launched in January.
Algo Más rolled out an extensive advertising campaign focused on raising project awareness and driving sales. The advertising campaign included REA advertising, a social media campaign, press advertisement focused on local papers, and a radio campaign.
The brand refresh retained the existing logo and introduced a new tagline, ‘bring out your best side’. The ‘best side’ theme was extensively used throughout the copywriting for this project. The brand refresh also introduced a warmer, more homely colour palette and inspirational imagery showcasing the best of this unique location.
The website presents as a comprehensive sales tool with a fresh and contemporary look and feel to match the beachside vibe of Kangaroo Island. Developed in-house at Algo Más, the responsive website design features a custom CMS (content management system) providing ease of editing.
There are call-to-action elements on each page prompting the visitor to contact the agent or enquire via email or contact form. Google Analytics ‘event tracking’ was also implemented to report on website visitor behaviour, including video views, PDF downloads, contact form submissions and email and phone number clicks.
