Our Challenge

Algo Más was engaged by Flagship Group to deliver a brand strategy and visual identity for their upcoming residential, retail and commercial development in Kent Town. Our brief was to create a brand that would rejuvenate and redefine Kent Town as an aspirational, vibrant, progressive and inclusive place to live.

Flagship Group came to us with the early workings of a masterplan and architectural drawings for the proposed mixed use development. Their vision was to create an eclectic residential and retail collective that celebrates Kent Town’s unique cosmopolitan culture and extraordinary value.

Our Inspiration

Located on the corner of North Terrace and Dequetteville Terrace, The Royal Kent Town is a $105m development that will feature 200 apartments, across two buildings, and the restoration of the Royal Hotel. It is surrounded by quality amenities and ideally positioned between the city and Adelaide’s prestigious leafy eastern suburbs.

In a South Australian first, the Build to Rent apartment mix will be a departure from Australia’s traditional development model by offering investment-class, long-term rental options and featuring a high level of internal amenity and services for working professionals—such as car sharing, electric vehicle charging and bike storage facilities.

Our Results

Algo Más collaborated with Flagship to develop naming, brand strategy and visual identity and execute brand rollout across various customer touchpoints, with the EOI campaign launching December 2021.
