Our Challenge

The Adelphi is Scott Salisbury Group’s new $52m luxury waterside development at Glenelg North. The seven story development on Adelphi Terrace features one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments, as well as upper-level penthouses, incorporating generous living spaces, opulent high-quality finishes and the choice of a range of deluxe interior colour schemes. Overlooking the picturesque Patawalonga Marina the project has been thoughtfully conceived specifically for owner occupiers. The Adelphi is an unprecedented development for Glenelg North in terms of its size and premium waterside address and the sales results to date are testament to this with construction commencing March 2021 after a successful sales period.

Our Inspiration

Algo Más was engaged in late 2018 as the project’s creative agency and works closely with developer, Scott Salisbury Group, the architects and the project management team. The engagement began with an analysis of competitors projects and an assessment of potential project names. The Adelphi, a name preferred by the developer, was recommended due to it’s high recognition and relation to the area. An initial Expression of Interest phase, commencing in mid-2019, was supported by site signage, a splash website and digital advertising including Google Ads and Facebook. The project officially launched its sale phase in June 2020 supported by a display centre, printed collateral and advertising including REA, press and digital. Algo Más developed all campaign strategy, key messages, and media plans and produced and managed all creative and implementation.

Our Results

Despite officially launching in a challenging time due to COVID, the project has seen exceptional demand with 90% sold by the end of 2020 allowing the developers to commence construction in March 2021.
