Algo Mas was engaged to work with Kevin Chapley and Dellta Projects in late 2019 on their residential and retail development project The Harrington which consists of 55 high-quality apartments located in the heart of the vibrant Prospect Village.
The Harrington pays respect to, and takes its cues from, prominent local historical figure James Harrington. Harrington help shaped Prospect to be the sought-after location it is today and his contribution adequately reflects what this project aims to do: to make a proud statement in Prospect.
The logo itself features angles and shapes that are reflected in the building’s refined architectural design. The brand’s bold lines act to solidify the development as one that is of quality and character. The intersecting lines in the ‘H’ represent a sense of togetherness and community; the building itself being a hub for people to meet. This interpretation can be extended into the application of a new building in a historical Adelaide location and highlights that The Harrington is a place where heritage ambience and modern convenience meet.
At the start of the project, our focus was on developing the brand which included a name, logo, style guide, copywriting and photography. Once established, the roll out of various collateral commenced including sales brochure, floorplan flyers, website and display centre signage.
Media assets followed when the project was launched to the public. This included press adverts in The Advertiser, digital media assets of various sizes for NewsCorp and realestate.com.au branded assets and copywriting for individual property listings.
The project launched in early October 2020.
