Observatory Kent Town Branding
Observatory Kent Town is a brand new residential development in the heart of Kent Town. It comprises 8 townhouses and 70 apartments across 4 buildings.
Designed by Pruszinski PACT Architects, Observatory has been thoughtfully created around a large geometrically designed, leafy terrace garden and boasts panoramic views of the city and Adelaide Hills.
Algo Más was tasked with the challenge of developing a name and brand for this new development. Inspired by the history of the location, formally the home of the Bureau of Meteorology, the name Observatory Kent Town was chosen.
The logo takes the ‘O’ from Observatory and introduces the geometric shapes that appear throughout the garden and building designs. The logo shares characteristics with a gem stone, which helps to reference the status and style of living in Adelaide’s inner Eastern Suburbs.
The brand is positioned as a sophisticated and relaxed location between Adelaide’s East End and Norwood, the ideal alternative to the busy CBD. Kent Town is fast becoming one of Adelaide’s most vibrant and popular suburbs.
Algo Más have also created the Observatory website, sales brochure, floor plans, display centre signage, 3D Building Model and advertising campaigns.
