Algo Mas was engaged by award-winning South Australian developer Burke Urban in 2020 to develop the visual identity and marketing collateral for the company’s new $50m Murray Bridge residential development Newbridge.
The development is located in the centre of town on the site of the former Murray Bridge Racing Club site and adjacent to the golf course.
Marketing deliverables included creating the project’s new brand and brand guidelines as well as photography, website design, signage, stationery and copywriting.
We also designed and developed sales and marketing collateral for the project including brochure, master plan and stage one release plan as well as advertising.
The project’s visual identity was inspired by the curves of the Murray River and the bunkers of the two new golf fairways which, when created, will extend into the heart of the Newbridge development.
Earthy tones were chosen to reflect the colours of the region and the inclusion of deep greens signify the new green heart and the revitalisation of Murray Bridge at Newbridge.
The tagline – New Beginnings – was developed to convey a new beginning for the site of the former Murray Bridge Racing Club, a new beginning for the town and a new beginning for those who make Newbridge their home.
Civil works construction on the 45ha site are due to commence by November 2020 with work on building the first homes scheduled to start in August 2021.
