Our Challenge
Sellicks, developed by Citify, is a new boutique land release of 50 blocks in Sellicks Beach, located in the Southern region of Adelaide. The project’s aim is to build a master planned neighbourhood where people can experience a beachside lifestyle and a change of pace.As well as the opportunity to purchase generous sized blocks (from 750sqm for under $400K) and build a dream home or holiday home.
Algo Más was appointed by Citify as the project’s creative agency to develop the brand, name, tagline, sales brochure, website, social media and SEM and all marketing collateral.
Our Inspiration
The Sellicks brand takes its inspiration from the colours of a summer sunset over Sellicks Beach. It also references the coastal art deco style of the 1920s, when Sellicks Beach was famous for motorcycle racing right on the sand.
The unique typeface used in the logo and text has rounded art deco style letters, and the wider visual language references this with curved shapes and text, making for a vibrant and engaging brand.
Results
The EOI phase website and brand was launched mid-August 2022. Results are still being collated.
