Our Challenge
JLL came to Algo Más with a request for a new promotion concept to help promote Marina Pier in Glenelg to local foodies, beach lovers, seaside diners, family and friends during the month of February 2022.
The campaign objective was to support hospitality venues experiencing low foot traffic, temporary business closures and restricted service hours due to current COVID-19 in South Australia.
Algo Más delivered an integrated print and social media campaign to engage audiences and build awareness of the competition, encouraging visitation to Marina Pier to support local traders. A QR code was registered enabling visitors to scan, enter their details and go into the draw. This in turn has helped build Marina Pier’s database and social following for future communications and events.
Our Results
The campaign achieved 4000 entries within the first 7 days of running the 4-week campaign. At the end of February, the campaign achieved over 9000 entries. This result exceeded client expectations who had a KPI of achieving 5000 entries for the entire month of February.
