When developing content for your platforms, we will liaise directly with you to prepare your monthly content schedule. When you’ve approved your content for the upcoming month, it will be uploaded using native and third-party tools (e.g. Hootsuite) and scheduled.

Throughout the month, we’ll monitor your account daily and respond to questions or comments followers may post within 24 hours. If further clarification regarding a follower question or comment is needed, we will contact you directly. To help measure the effectiveness of your social media, we’ll provide a report within five days of each campaign or schedule ending. Your report will outline the results of the previous campaign/month and list a number of recommendations for future campaigns.
