Lynda Smith
Finance and HR Manager
Lynda is our Finance and Human Resources (HR) Manager. Lynda possesses qualifications in Public Administration and Business Studies and oversees the budgeting, HR and administrative requirements of the business.
Lynda has extensive experience in accounts, management and staff performance and has worked in various industries across Australia ranging from car rental through to IT and, most recently, aquaculture. With her strong and diverse financial expertise, Lynda brings insights and leadership skills that help facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations of Algo Más. Lynda is a Member of the Australian HR Institute and also plays a lead role in overseeing our wellbeing and team culture initiatives.
